- How to process a return or RMA?

THIS SCREEN IS ONLY AN EXPLANATION, CAREFULLY READ THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND TO START THE RETURN PRESS:

"History and details of my orders"

1. Login to your customer account by entering your email and password.

2. We will access the section "My account" simply by clicking on our name that appears in the header of the website:

3. Once registered and under the "My account" section, we will select "History and details of my orders":

4. When entering the section "History and Details of my Orders" we will have a list with our orders. We will have to locate the order on which we want to make the return and press "details" so that the order is displayed to us, as shown in the following image:

Request a refund

5. In this screen, the products to be returned must be marked (marking the boxes before the name of each product) as well as the quantity to be returned. In addition you have to attach the photographs of the products to be returned in front and behind. In case you need to include more than 4 photographs, you must upload 4 in this screen and upload the rest after the "My merchandise returns" section, once the request is made. You should also ask what solution you want and explain in the corresponding box the detailed description of the reason for the change or return. Once this information has been completed, we will make the request by clicking the "Request (RMA)" button. A new refund will automatically be generated, which we can see in the section "My merchandise returns" that we will find in "My account":

6. By clicking on the corresponding return reference, the detail of the requested return will be displayed:

7. Once you arrive here, we can (as mentioned above) upload the rest of the photos related to this return one by one, clicking on "Examinar (Browse)" and after selecting the corresponding image, confirming with the "Upload image" button. You can also add comments about your return in the box enabled for this purpose that we can see in the image above.

8. We can also see, in the previous image, the state in which the requested return will be found at all times. After completing this application process, our technicians will study all the information presented and give a response that the client can see in this section (besides receiving notification by email).

9. In case of being accepted the return, you must download the pdf (Return slip) that will appear in the box corresponding to the requested return as it is seen in the following image:

10. This document gives you detailed information on how and where to send the package with the goods to be returned. Do not forget to fill in your IBAN (if necessary), SIGN the downloaded document and attach it inside the package that will send us with the goods to be returned.

11. Once we receive your shipment at our facilities, the technicians will proceed to make the corresponding change or payment in the event that all the regulations are fulfilled to be able to make said return.
