- How to see the tracking of the order?

Where is my order?

As soon as the order leaves our warehouses, the shipment will be automatically tracked and you will receive an e-mail with the shipping number so that you can track the shipment directly on the carrier's website (Keep in mind that the shipping information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website). Remember to check in your purchase confirmation e-mail the expected delivery date (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days).

Note:If the estimated delivery date of your order has already passed and you have not yet received the package, we ask you to grant us 1 or 2 more days, as there may have been a delay in the shipping process.

How to see the tracking of the package?

To see the tracking of the package you have to access your account, click on History and details of my orders, click on details and the details of the purchase will be displayed where you can see the tracking number, at that time you just have to click Press the following link to track your order and a new window will open where you can follow your order.

Can I agree on a delivery time?

At the time of placing the order, there is the possibility of leaving a comment related to it, so all the information provided and that is important for the transport company is transmitted to the transport companies to facilitate the delivery of the orders. Even so, transport companies cannot ensure that the schedules indicated by customers are adjusted since they must follow preset routes.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The transport company in charge of delivering your order, as a courtesy, as long as possible, will leave you a notice if they have not been able to make the delivery, where you will be indicated the time at which they have passed and they will provide them with a contact telephone number so that they can make a new delivery with them.
