- How to make a purchase?

WAYS TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Through our hotline.

You can place your orders conveniently through the phone. In this case you only have to indicate your access data and the references in which you are interested, and any of our operators will take note of you and finalize your order in a few minutes.

Through the website.

To make a purchase through our website, you must first find the product or products you want by browsing the different categories of our website or using our search engine. Once you have found the desired product or products you can click on the product to know the details of it.

Then you must add the product to the shopping cart, by clicking on the button Add to cart, being able to verify that the selected product appears in the upper right part of the web in the CART.

By clicking on Confirm Purchase of the CART the system will ask you to enter your access data or ask you to register if you have not done so before. Once you have accessed your account, you will be able to see the detail of all the products, their price and shipping costs.

If you change your mind or have made a mistake, you can delete any item from here just before confirming the purchase, by pressing the Cart button in the CART you can modify the order, adding a new quantity of the ordered product or products or remove them from the Cart, simply by pressing the corresponding button.

If you want to add more products to the Cart you will simply have to locate the desired product or products on our website and repeat the procedure described above.

When you already have all the products you want in the Cart, you can start the purchase process, simply click on the button Confirm Purchase from CART.

From this moment the purchase process will begin, having to follow the steps that will appear consecutively:

1. Customer Account: Are you already registered? o New Client:

The personal data registration page will appear, being able to identify you if you had already registered on our website before or register if you have not yet done so. This data is very important for the order to reach its destination, being able to choose a billing address other than the shipping one. Once this data is completed, you must press the button Confirm Registration data if you are a new customer or Log In if you are already registered on our website.

Then you must click on Confirm Purchase of the CART and the page with the Purchase Cart Summary will appear.

2. Shipping methods:

You must choose the shipping mode you want. Once the shipping type is selected, the option Select a payment method will appear.

3. Select a payment method:

You must choose between one of the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery: Payment at the time of delivery to the delivery person (Additional commission: 1.95€).
Payment by card: Redsys payment gateway.
Pay with PayPal. This form of payment has an additional surcharge.

If you have selected the method of cash on delivery, a page with the order summary will appear on our website. By clicking on the Confirm my order icon the order will be generated and will be registered on our website.

In case of having selected the method of payment by card, the order will be redirected to the corresponding payment gateway to proceed with the payment of the order.

In case of having selected the payment method PayPal, the order will be redirected to the corresponding payment gateway to proceed with the payment of the order.

4. Order confirmation:

Once the above steps have been done, you simply have to confirm the purchase by pressing the confirm my order button and your order will be registered.

CLARIFICATION OF DOUBTS ABOUT THE PURCHASE PROCESS:

Before purchase

In the shopping cart there are products out of stock or in reserve, what will happen to my order?

Orders will only be shipped if all products in the shopping cart are available.

How can I easily find a product?

In ChipSpain.com we have tried to catalog all our products by categories, sections and subsections, so that it is easy and quick to locate the products. But if you still resist a reference, you have a search engine at the top of our website.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All the products on our website have 3 different statuses that are shown next to the product description.

  • Available. The product is available for immediate shipment.
  • In replacement. The entry of the product into our warehouses is imminent. The approximate date of receipt of the product is indicated.
  • Out of stock. The product is temporarily out of stock.



After purchase

How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

There are several ways to know if the order has been placed correctly:

• Checking if we have sent you an email with the order confirmation.
• From your customer account, within the section “History and details of my orders”.

My customer account does not show the order I just placed, what do I do?

If once the order is finished it does not appear in the section “History and details of my orders”, please check that the products are not in the "Purchase Cart". If they are still there, depending on the selected payment method:

Cash on Delivery: Place the order again as it may not have been registered correctly. If there is a duplicate order, the Orders department will cancel one of the two.
Payment by Card: You must call or send an email indicating the following information:

- Products purchased.
- Total amount of the order.
- Time of purchase.
- Email address used.
- Delivery address.

With this data, the orders department will review your customer account the next day and will finalize the purchase duly notifying you via email, in the same way, if there is any problem, you will be notified.
