 To help us to carry out your consultation with effectiveness and speed we would require your order number (six numbers), an address email, your name and a telephone number in case we need to call you back. We prefer a landline as it is cheaper to call back

  * The cancellation or the modification of a purchase can only be done when the status of your order is on standby or on “processing” . Also we can only cancel or modify an international order before 12h each day as all the package are picked up by UPS at 12h20 the latest.
